Idiopathic True Radial Artery Aneurysm: A Rare Case Report

Idiopathic true aneurysm of the distal radial artery is a rare disease with only few reported cases. Most patients were treated surgically proximal and arterial ligatures, while there are reports 7 cases where revascularization procedures performed. We present case 66-year-old man pulsatile mass in right forearm at location artery. Six months preceding presentation, patient had first noticed tumefaction which gradually increased size, sudden increase during last month. The worked as waiter was non-smoker no significant comorbidities. There history trauma, recent infection, hospitalization, recurrent injury, or peripheral venous cannulation. After CDT diagnosis, we performed resection reconstruction cephalic autovenous graft. One month afterwards, follow-up visit, denied having symptoms hand ischemia duplex ultrasound examination showed adequate patency This paper presents idiopathic that by complete interposition reverse vein Detailed anamnesis clinical necessary for appropriate surgical treatment disease.
